DIORA HEWSON- EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
I began my career in senior living after my father passed and I was my paternal grandmother’s caregiver and responsible party. It was after my experience with my grandmother that I discovered my passion to help families during one of the most challenging times of their lives. It is my mission to ensure the senior population be served with the highest quality of care and respect. During my free time, I enjoy traveling, cooking, reading, and attending college football games.
KELCE DAVIS- MEMORY CARE DIRECTOR
I was born and raised in Indiana, where I got my Bachelor’s degree in art, before moving to Louisville to earn my Master of Education in Art Therapy. I am now excited to be working here at Creekside! My grandfather, lovingly called Pap, suffered from dementia and Alzheimer’s for the last 5 years of his life. Witnessing the substandard care that he received from a nursing home, I am fueled with a passion to offer your loved ones greater opportunities and better care than he was given. In my free time, I love cuddling with my puppy (Penny), spoiling my niece (Jadyn), and spending time with my family and friends. Traveling, reading, baking and creating art are my favorite pastimes.
JENNIFER MORAN- WELLNESS DIRECTOR
I have 3 girls, Kaitlyn, Olivia and Madeline. I’ve been a nurse for 13 years and have worked in healthcare for 16 years. I became a nurse because I’ve always enjoyed caring for others and interacting with residents and their family members. I have been married for 6 years. My free time generally includes reading, attending concerts and weekend trips. I am an Indianapolis Colts and Louisville Cardinals fan. My newest hobby I have started is kayaking
DONNA BROWN- DINING SERVICE DIRECTOR
I am the mother of two wonderful daughters that have blessed me with many grandchildren. I come from a very large family and have 5 sisters. I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, working in my yard, and cheering on the University of Louisville Cardinals. I began my career in culinary services over 40 years ago with the Sisters of Mercy. I had the pleasure of working with the sisters of charity at Nazareth and my time spent with them helped to map my journey in healthcare nutrition. I am very excited to bring my experience and passion for food to Creekside on Bardstown!
JENNIFER TURNER- ACTIVITY DIRECTOR
I have been in healthcare for half of my life, 18 years, beginning as a Certified Nursing Assistant during high school. I was a CNA for 13 years before taking a job as an Activity Assistant and then becoming an Activity Director for the last 5 years. I have worked in a hospital, long-term care, and assisted living settings while achieving my Associate’s degree in Travel/Tourism and Event Management. I love to travel and have been to London, Paris, and Costa Rica. I have 2 cats and a Great Pyrenees named Winnie.
